Paws for People

  Paws for People visited East Rand Mall at the Clicks court for some fun and educational interaction with the public and exciting prizes were given away. It is a South African based non-profit organisation that currently offers Animal Assisted Therapy and Animal Assisted Activity programs in Gauteng, Free State, Natal and our sister unit in Cape Town, “Paw Pals.” Volunteer handler and dog “teams” that are carefully assessed, are seriously committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the patients, residents and children with whom they interact during the course of the various programs.
